It would be stupid to decide my future after one game - Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe says a man of the match performance against Barcelona is good, but cannot decide his future for the long term.

The Frenchman was all over against Barcelona in the Champions League round of 16 at the Camp Nou when he completed a hat trick in their 4-1 win.

Lionel Messi grabbed a consolation for the Blaugranas following a controversial spot-kick but could not brace his side against the pressure provided by the French champions who were without Neymar and Angel Di Maria.

Although Mbappe's future at PSG remains uncertain, with Real Madrid and Liverpool in the race for the 22-year old after refusal to extend his contract, yet the man of the match revealed that he is committed to PSG and cannot communicate to the world on his future.

"The PSG shirt is one that I appreciate and it's in my heart," Mbappe said after the game reported by Marca

"It would be stupid to decide my future after one game.

"It's something to reflect on in the long term.

"I've always said that I'm happy in Paris and matches like this one make you happy."

Paris Saint Germain will welcome the Catalan club in two weeks time at the Parc des Princes with a 3 goal advantage.
