Medikal has distanced himself from the Stingy Men Association.

The recent trend that has attracted most big names in Ghana including Mr Eazi and Sarkodie, is based on the parody that its members will not be cheated by women, especially those in relationships.

Created as a joke in Nigeria, the association has gained prominence over the past week with stars online trying to get their "identification cards".

A fan-created once such an ID card for Medikal in an attempt to enlist the rapper in the Ghanaian branch of the association.

Upon seeing the card, Medikal immediately disclosed that he wants nothing to do with the association since he's not stingy.

The AMG rapper is known to spray cash in Legon to make sure everybody knows that he is not stingy.

Born Samuel Adu Frimpong, his main source of income is from his music career.

According to him, he has been able to amass a lot of wealth through music. 

Samuel adopted the name Medikal because he was fascinated with rapping about doctors, surgeons, medical practitioners and hospitals in general.

He has made a name for himself in the music industry through hard work and his numerous collaboration with successful artists.

Apart from is nominations in 2017, he won the best discovery video in the MTN 4Syte Video Award in 2016.
