I Bought My Land Genuinely From Allodial Owners At Panpanso And Registered With Land Commission ---Ghana's Deputy Ambassador to China Clears The Air
Ghana's Deputy Ambassador to China, Madam Akua Owusu Afriyie
Ghana's Deputy Ambassador to China, Madam Akua Owusu Afriyieh, has called on the general public to disregard the publication which went viral in social media platforms that she has been in land litigation with some elders of the Nana Amon Kwame and Kwasi Amoani Oyoko Royal family from Odumase (Kodjo Fosu) and Akwamu Akwatin in the Eastern Region.

According to her, she is a law abiding citizen who would be the last person to do something that would go against to the law of this country.
She stressed that she has a legal vita land title documents which showed that she bought the said land at Panpanso from the real or allodial owners, which has ascertained that she bought a genuine property from the chief of Panpanso.
She explained that the land is a stool land and not the family land as being claimed by these elders of the Nana Amon Kwame and Kwasi Amoani Oyoko Royal family from Odumase (Kodjo Fosu) and Akwamu Akwatin.

Madam Akua Owusu Afriyieh pointed out that the pieces of documentary envidence show that she together with her husband, Mr Owusu Afriyieh lawfully and legally bought the said land from the rightful and allodial owners of the land in Panpanso for the past twenty-eight ( 28) years ago.

She explained that they bought the land from the late chief of Panpanso and dully registered with the Eastern Regional Office of Lands Commission in Koforidua and have all the necessary legal and lawful documents to that effect.
Additionally, she pointed out that the Paramount Chief of the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin II has also given the land title regularization documents to them, giving the legal backing to them that indeed they owned the title to the said land located at Odumase popularly called Panpanso.
She reiterated that she bought the land from the allodial owners of the land from Panpanso, saying that Mr Asante Kofi Acquah and his followers who are fighting against them over the land didn't even have traditional locus and capacity to do so.
She pointed out that she has never mentioned to the chief that she bought the land for the government to carry out One-District-One-Factory (1D1F) project as being claimed by the Kofi Appau and his followers.
Mrs. Afriyieh was responding to the allegations leveled against her by elders of Nana Amon Kwame and Kwasi Amoani Oyoko Royal family from Odumase (Kodjo Fosu) and Akwamu Akwatin that  she has taken the 100-acres of land at Odumase [Panpanso] in the name of the government to carry out its flagship programme One-District-Factory.
But she flatly denied the allegations and described it as  a complete lies and cooked story to score their fictitious points.
They pointed out that envidence available to them have also so indicated that the female Ghana's Deputy Ambassador to China has secretly decided to take the land from the family, ostensibly to carry her personal building structures project.
To set the record straight, the elders and members of the Royal family of Amon kwame and Kwasi Amoani are alerting President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and New Patriotic Patty (NPP) government over false claiming  of the said land by the deputy ambassador to China without taking the necessary measurements and procedures
But Mrs Owusu rubbished all the allegations and called on the general public to treat it as false.
However, on behalf of management we render an unqualified apology to Madam Afriyieh.

Documentary envidence available indicates that Madam Afriyieh has been the owner of the said land for more than 28 years.
