Gomoa Amoanda: Due to a lack of toilet facilities, residents threaten to boycott the 2024 elections.

No public toll, no vote in the general election of 2024, have been threatened by the residents of Gomoa Amoanda in the Gomoa East district of the central area.

No public toilet, and no vote in the general election of 2024, have been threatened by the residents of Gomoa Amoanda in the Gomoa East district of the central area.

They contend that the community's remaining Toilet facility has become a death trap, posing a Toilet problem as well as compensation issues for the snakes.

The biggest issue, according to them, is access to a potable restroom facility in the farming village of Gomoa Amoanda, which has a population of over 2000.

They have consequently made a request to the district chief executive for Gomoa East, Honorable Solomon Darko Quam, to assist them in getting a standard Toilet facility; else, they will boycott the 2024 election.

They also claim that Gomoa Amoanda is an NPP stronghold, yet they claim to have received nothing from the Npp administration, which infuriates them.

The death trap Toilet facility has finally switched to snake comp, which is also exceedingly deadly to them, especially the local youngsters.

However, despite sending numerous letters to the district chief executive, the community's spokesperson, Mr. Anobeng, told GCTV Reporter Alex Donkoh that no response has yet been received.
