Political and Traditional leaders paid their last respect to the late Gbawe Mantse on his funeral rite.

The Gbawe Kwatei Royal family and the Gbawe community in the Greater Accra Region on Thursday, November 4, 2021, performed the funeral rites to pay their final respect to their demise Mantse Nii Laryea Faamlite II.

The funeral rites were coupled with a lot of colourful culture being displayed, guns being triggered in the air, with men in unusual scary dresses. Dignitaries such as the member of Parliament for Ablekuma North, Sheila Bartels, the  MCE of the area, Hon Patrick Kumor, and other government officials were there to grace the occasion.

A lot of Ga chiefs were present with the Chief of Ngleshi Amanfro, Nii Kwashie Gborlor not an exception to pay their last respect to the late Nii LARYEA FAAMLITE II.

Stores and shops in the community by custom of Ga during the funeral rite of a Ga Mantse were closed as well as schools emptied to make the final funeral rites a memorable one.
