Ga Mantse Lauds Winners Of Ghana Most Respected CEOs 2022 Awards

According to the overlord of Ga State, he was very excited to witness the wards ceremony organised by Business Executive Media Group to show great appreciations to huge numbers of business investors, chief executive officers, heads of businesses and founders of the various healthcare and education institutions who had contributed to the socio-economic development and growth of this country.

Paramount Chief of Ga Traditional Area who doubles as the President of Ga Traditional Council in the Greater Accra Region, His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, has congratulated the winners of the Ghana Most Respected Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) 2022 Awards.

According to the overlord of Ga State, he was very excited to witness the wards ceremony organised by Business Executive Media Group to show great appreciations to huge numbers of business investors, chief executive officers, heads of businesses and founders of the various healthcare and education institutions who had contributed to the socio-economic development and growth of this country.
His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II stated this in an interview with journalists when he and his entourage graced this year's occasion to present awards to the Ghana Most Respected CEOs 2022 Awards in the Ghana Industry CEOs Awards.
 
The 2022 edition of the event which was held on Friday November 18, 2022 at Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra has been organised by the Business Executive Media Group, the communications and events management company with its head office situated in Accra.

The 2022 Ghana Industry CEOs Awards is the fifth of an annual awards scheme aimed at identifying and publicly recognizing the most outstanding chief executives in corporate Ghana across a wide range of sectors. 
Eligible awardees include CEOs of both private and public sector corporations and institutions. 

Awardees were selected by the Ghanaian public who nominated the CEOs for shortlisting, following verification of the nominations; and subsequently voted for the shortlisted nominees with those receiving the highest votes in each sector category being declared the winners by the scheme’s official Validation partners.
However, His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, who chaired the ceremony has made to present some wards to the various prominent personalities including, Prof.Joshua Alabi,  a Ghanaian academic and politician, who served as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) from 2012 to 2016.

He previously served as the Rector of the same institution from 2009 to 2012 and Pro-Rector from 2005 to 2008.
 
In Ghanaian politics, Prof. Alabi was the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for the Krowor Constituency in the Greater Accra from 1997 to 2001 and Minister of State for the Greater Accra and the Northern Regions respectively from 1997 to 2001.
 
Also received the award was the former Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Chamber of Mine, Mrs. Joyce Rosalind Aryee, also known as "Auntie Joyce", who is a Ghanaian former politician, reverend minister and business person. 
Madam Aryee is recognized for having served the Nation of Ghana for more than 40 years in both the public and private sectors. She is the previous Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Chamber of Mines and was the first woman in Africa to have held that role. 

She has also held political roles in Ghana from the early years of the PNDC government. She is currently the Executive Director of Salt and Light Ministries, a para-church organization.
Born to a Fante mother and a Ga father, Aryee is the second of four children. During her early years, Aryee lived with her family in Suntreso, Kumasi where she started her early years of education at Methodist Primary School and Methodist Middle School. She later went to Achimota School and graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon with a BA (Hons) in English.
The Ga Mantse was also made by the event organisers to present the Ghana Most Respected CEOs 2022 award to the Executive Chairman of Holytrinity Medical Center, Dr. Felix Kwaku Anyah as the best Chief Executive Officer of the medical sector in the country.

Addressing the gathering, the Suriname Ambassador to Ghana Her Excellency Fidelia Graand-Galon lamented how the current economic crisis was adversely affecting businesses to grow in Ghana and her country  as well as the world as a whole.
 
Following these challenges, Graand-Galonshe urged the founders and leaders of the various financial, education and health insututions to continue to invest heavily into their businesses in oder for them to continue to stay in the business since measures were pu the economic challenges.
