Fire Razes Full House, 15 Stalls On Bantama High Street

A fire has totally razed down a full Compound House and about 15 stalls around it on the Bantama High Street in the Kumasi Metropolis.

The cause of the fire outbreak is unknown but Soiree News 24 reporter, Juana Somiah claims the compound house of about 30 inhabitants has been completely razed down.

She reports that none of the occupants has been injured but their properties of not less than a hundred thousand Ghana Cedis are burnt without recognition.

Eyewitness, Mr. Trouble, Assembly Member for Bantama Electoral Area who also spoke with Opemso Radio Morning show said occupants of the house managed to move away from their rooms but all their belongings have been burnt completely.

He added that the Ghana National Fire Service was called on time but the fire tender that came to quench the fire had no water hence the disaster.
