Fire Consumes Asunafo South Police Station
The fire was managed by the Ghana Fire Service from spreading wide to other offices at Kukuom in Asunafo South District.

A Police Station block at Kukuom in Asunafo South District of Ahafo Region has been gutted by fire destroyed property.
The Ghana National Fire Service station Goaso was called to put out the fire detected matches sticks at the scene.
Briefing soireenews, Inspector Kofi Truth, said the police received information about the fire outbreak around 4 am last Thursday, April 9, 2021.
He said a team of police personnel who went to the scene of the incident saw a tricycle on fire which spread to the police station.
Inspector Kofi Truth told that personnel from the fire service managed to prevent the fire from spreading to other blocks and were ultimately able to douse the flames.
No casualty was recorded and the cause of the fire is not known yet.
