Nana Kofi Kakari, the son of the deceased said the death of their mother has hit them very hard as their mother was loving, friendly, and cared for others hence soliciting support from the public to get the perpetrators arrested. "I believe the perpetrators are within us so the people should help us with information" he noted. He also urged the residents to take their security seriously.

The family of Beatrice Crentsil, locally known as Ante 'B' who was gruesomely murdered at Assin Breku in the Central region on Friday by unknown assailants has said that though the d family has received the best of assurance from the police that they will fast-track investigation to ensure perpetrators are brought to book, they are calling on the general public to help the police with information that could lead to the arrest of the assailants.

He also appealed to chiefs and elders of the community, the District Chief Executive of Assin North, and other security agencies to as matter of urgency put measures in place to restore peace and A in the town since murder cases in the area are becoming too many.

Speaking in an interview, Nana Kakari debunked earlier reports that the body parts of the deceased were removed by the assailants. 

He thought there were marks on the neck, hands, and neck that seemed broken none of the hardware seen removed.
