The ex-manager of Queen eShun, Stephen Mensah has finally offered an explanation for one of the serious allegations levelled at him by her former performer.

The 'Fakye' hitmaker revealed the gory details of her office, claiming that her former manager (whom she also confessed that she was in an intimate relationship with) mistreated and manipulated her, causing her to be emotionally traumatized in the process, adding that he denied access to her own Instagram account which he was helping her manage.

The former manager has responded to the Instagram account claim made by his former artistes/lover in an exclusive interview with Happy 98.9 FM’s DJ Adviser on the ‘Ayekoo After Drive’, stating that the handle was never hers but a "management account" hence the denial. 

“When I met eShun in 2015, I had to create an account I could handle for her. I did all the work, branded the page and invested $200 per month on her Instagram account alone.”

"When she was moving out from my wings she demanded “I give her access to the instagram page I created to manage her. Upon her request, I also demanded she paid something so I could use to defray some cost I incurred managing her but things didn’t go well.”

“We met with the GHAMRO legal team. At the meeting they wanted to know how much I had invested in her career and eShun herself acknowledged it was in excess of GHC500,000.”

“I did mention an amount to be paid but I was hoping if she couldn’t pay up, she’ll call me to negotiate."

The former manager then revealed that he did get a call from eShun after the meeting with the GHAMRO legal team, but she did not call to negotiate. Instead she called to tell him to do whatever she wanted with the account as she could not care less.

"I didn’t take this well and disabled the account for 6months.” But prior to that, the musician had already created a new Instagram account."

He admitted that their relationship is now what it is because they could not communicate to each other well. He however did not refute the other allegations that she made against him, leaving the media to speculate maybe, the allegations were indeed true after all.
