Manchester City’s Premier League game against Everton at the Goodison Park has been postponed, the club has confirmed.

The game was scheduled on Monday night but additional cases recorded after the latest round of testing led to the postponement of the game.

Kyle Walker and Gabriel Jesus missed Saturday’s 2-0 win against Newcastle United at the Etihad.

Per medical advice and consultation with the Premier League, the fixture was deemed necessary to be postponed as involved players and staff “observes a period of self-isolation in accordance with Premier League and UK Government protocol on quarantine.”
