In the writ, Mrs Kudjawu's lawyers state that she has never engaged in the activities alleged by the defendant because she "is a principled and law-abiding professional who does not compromise on the integrity and dignity of her marriage".

Meanwhile, Mrs Gloria Assan Arhin has in a new divorce petition abandoned her initial claims of massive property grabbing by her husband.

This follows Eugene Arhin's response to the petition made by Mrs Arhin in which he put her to strict proof regarding the claims she made in her first petition.

The amended petition filed by Gloria Assan Arhin at an Accra High Court on Monday, February 15, 2021, showed her backtrack on several of her earlier claims.

Mrs Arhin has also abandoned the many claims of being physically abused by her husband in her amended petition, after the former subjected her to strict proof in his response to the petition.
