Craig Dawson’s extra-time goal canceled Ben Chilwell’s late sweet drive to the corner of the net as Watford and Leicester shared points at the Vicarage Road on Saturday.

The two sides played a goalless game in the first half with the Foxes starting better. They looked fitter and more up to speed.

Watford had the best chance in the first half of the afternoon through Doucoure. It was a rare mistake from Ndidi as a heavy touch from him went straight to Troy Deeney and pounced. He played the ball through to Doucoure, who was one-on-one with Schmeichel, but he just couldn't stick it in the corner, it was too easy a save.

Leicester created a few decent opportunities and but could not convert them.

Watford had the best chance at the restart as a brilliant defense-splitting pass from Capoue sent Sarr clean through on goal. Schmeichel stood tall and deny the home team from taking the lead through an excellent close-range block with his outstretched left hand. The two teams kept searching for the opener as the game developed a much better tempo in the second half with Watford creating two really good chances without execution.
