Akufo Addo’s ballot picture has been omitted from two ballot papers in the Awuku Senya West Constituency.

The torn ballot paper to voters depicts John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Party as Number 1, totalling 11 presidential candidates on the ballot paper.

According to the Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East in an interview with Adom TV, the NPP representative has alerted the District Electoral Commission official on the casted ballot papers informing that the information has been communicated to the rest of their reps across the country on the need to be vigilant.

“We have alert the district EC official so that the two will be registered as a false ballot. And it calls us to be extremely vigilant,” George Andah told Adom TV.

“These are not normal times and the NDC have conspired with majority of irresponsible EC officials to be engaged in this because we don’t understand why those ballot papers were stamped. It wasn’t just one as reported, it was two,” he added.

Honourable George Andah won 28,867 (52.72%) against NDC’s Hanna Serwaa Tetteh’s 25,664 (46.87).
