Dr. Emmanuel Appoh Mensah Storms University Of Winneba 

Dr. Emmanuel Appoh Mensah will be joining the leadership of the NDC party this morning at the University of Winneba to celebrate the graduation of Hon. Bright Botchwey (Deputy National Coordinator, Traders and Artisans).

Following the graduation ceremony, Dr. Appoh Mensah will accompany the District Chief Executive (DCE) for a series of branch engagement activities.
