Dormaa West DCE Visits Six Communities To Introduce Some Government Policies To The Residents 

The visit was to afford the District Chief Executive the opportunity to familiarize himself with the communities and as well interact with the residents. 

Dormaa West DCE Visits Six Communities To Introduce Some Government Policies To The Residents 
The District Chief Executive for Dormaa West District Assembly in the Bono Region, Mr Francis Kwadwo Opong in his quest to familiase himself with his community members, visited 6 communities on  Wednesday, January 25, and Thursday, January 26, 2023.
 
The communities visited included Awiakrom, Yaw-owusukrom, Adiembra/Nzezera, Krakrom, Kwameyeboakrom, and Nnobem.
The visit was to afford the District Chief Executive the opportunity to familiarize himself with the communities and as well interact with the residents. 
The visit also enabled the DCE and his entourage to get first-hand information on the challenges facing the communities and, in addition, introduce some government policies to them.
Mr Oppong embarked on the familiarization visit in the company of his personal assistant, Mr Charles Amponsah, the District  Coordinating Director, Mr. Iddrisu Mahama, Mr. Seth Ampofo(DBA),  Mrs Mary Odurose Karteng (NIA), two Assistant Director II Bs, Health officers, and the security personnel. 
In each community, the DCE expressed appreciation to residents for their warm reception.
 He also solicited their collaboration to ensure that the assembly succeeds in all of its activities. 
Residents in the various communities also commended the DCE for his visit and prayed for more of such visits.
They also pledged to render their support to make the administration of the Hon. DCE a success.
In each of the communities, the DCE visited, the chiefs and elders, and their subjects brought before him their developmental problems, which Mr Oppong assured them of the assembly's effort to address them.
Mr Oppong took the opportunity to inform them of the Assembly's upcoming projects, which include emergency ward at the District Hospital, 6 unit classroom block to be  constructed at Nkrankwanta presby school and District Education office complex.
