Division Brews In NDC In Bortianor- Ngleshie-Amanfrom! -Over Electoral Frauds

Division is seriously brewing in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of the Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom Constituency (BNAC) in the Greater Accra.
Addressing a press conference at Tuba on Wednesday September 22, 2022, some aggrieved branch executives of the NDC in the Constituency hinted that numerous infractions ongoing in the constituency can create loop-holes in the NDC coming 2024 general elections
According to some branch executives in the party, several attempt to get the party structure resolved the impasse have yielded no results.
They pointed out that less than four weeks to go for constituency election, the leadership of the party failed to resolve the matter.
Following this development, the scores of branch executives and concern members of the  NDC in the constituency had petitioned the executives of the Bortinor Ngleshie Amanfrom constituency, regional and National offices chronicling the various infractions and disregard of rules and guidelines and also frauds being perpetrated by leadership  of constituency executives of Bortiano Ngleshie  Amanfrom.
They said the executives arrogantly gave dead ear to party guidelines and fraudulently impose their favourites on as many as 117 newly created branches.
They pointed that the executives of the party had engaged this fraudulent activities without recourse to guidelines issued by Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the NDC through the General Secretary of the NDC, Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, popularly known as General Mosquito as against the earlier exiting 106 branches.
The Tsokomey NDC Branch chairman, Mr Teddy Asare together with the Brigade branch chairman of the NDC, Mr Kenneth Mensah and the branch secretary revealed some illegalities and irregularities in almost all the processes leading to the just ended branch reorganisation including illegal insertion of names into the old branch.
They revealed that the branch chairmen and their executives were tasked to take money from new registrants in to register during the just ended limited registration.
According to them, they have given instructions that those who could not afford to GH¢ 20 should not be registered or cannot be registered .
They revealed that many nominees were recently called on phone only to be told that they have been made branch executives without picking and signing nomination forms.
In this regard, they appealed to the leadership of the NDC to recall all branch registers for "our branches coming 2024 polls."
