The Chief of Tikobo No 2, Nana Avo Nweah (V) has called on SHS entrants in the Jomorro District of the Western Region to desist from immoral activities and focus more on their education to help them have a secured future.

The Chief of Tikobo No 2, Nana Avo Nweah (V) has called on SHS entrants in the Jomorro District of the Western Region to desist from immoral sexual activities and focus more on their education to help them have a secured future.

Nana Avo Nweah said, “you are going to meet new people with different characters but your focus should be on your books because. Your parents with the support of our MP are doing what they can to push you through SHS to study to secure your future, don’t waste their efforts when you get there”.
Nana Avo Nweah (V) also called on parents to play a major role in their children's education by supporting them to achieve their desired goals in life.

Member of parliament Jomorro constituency Dorcas Affo Toffey also in an interview with the media after the scholarship packages to the deserving students and said this initiative came to be last year when parents came to her house asking for help to put their wards into secondary school.

Nana Avo Nweah (V) was speaking in an interview after the Member of Parliament for Jomorro, Dorcas Affo Toffey launched a scholarship package for three hundred SHS entrants in the Jomorro District.
Out of the total number of three hundred students who benefited from the MP's scholarship scheme, 176 are girls while the remaining 124 students are boys.

According to the MP, the total amount of money spent on the project is over Ghc 300,000.
