Famous politician and parliamentary hopeful of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Lower West Akim Constituency of the Eastern Region, Mr. Owen Kwame Frimpong popularly known as Darling Boy has celebrated his 48th Birthday on Sunday March 12, 2023.

The young business mogul who was accompanied by the branch executives of Owiredu Street and some executives of Darling Boy Fun Club and Campaign Team members celebrated his birthday with the various patients and workers at the Children Ward of the Asamankese Government Hospital.

And as part of the celebration, Mr Frimpong cuts the birthday cake with patients and workers at the Children Ward of the hospital.

The enterprising Ghanaian businessman uses his birthday to dedicate this day to the healing health of the patients on the admission of the hospital.

Speaking in an interview with Soireenews.com, Mr Frimpong who is very passionate about the health of the people, particularly the vulnerable persons pointed out that he donated some assorted drinks to the various patients on the children Ward of the hospital.

According to him, he has equally paid medical treatment bills for various patients who were discharged by the hospital authority but could not have money to settle their bills.
 
Darling Boy wishes God protection for all and sundry including the members and supporters of the NDC and called for peace and unity within the party in the constituency.

He indicated his readiness invest in public health, education, jobs, welfare services, security, road infrastructure networks and leadership when given the nod to win the NDC parliamentary primaries and subsequently wrestle the parliamentary seat from the New Patriotic Patty NPP in the 2024 general elections.
