Danger Looms Asakyire Stool Lands Land Developers Warned Not Purchase Lands Destooled Abusuapanin
According to the principal elders and accredited members Asakyire Family, the 70-year-old Kojo Ampong has been destooled as the Head of by the family for dubious selling of the lands to unsuspecting land developers without render proper accounts to the family.

A call has been made to individual land developers and organizations to stop buying lands from the former head of the Asakyire Family of Ayokoa in Adansi Asokwa District of Ashanti Region, Mr. Kojo Ampong, and that who buys from him do it at their own risk.
According to the principal elders and accredited members Asakyire Family, the 70-year-old Kojo Ampong has been destooled as the Head of the family for dubious selling of the lands to unsuspecting land developers without rendering proper accounts to the family.
At a press conference, the members and elders of the Asakyire Family led by Abusuapanin Badu, Mr. Samuel Anokye including the youth disclosed that one Mr. Kojo Ampong a former head of the Asakyire Family has sold all their family lands at Ayokoa without the knowledge of any family members.
According to Mr. Samuel Anokye who is caretaker of the Kontihene of Adansi Kusa Divisional Council the Asakyire Family demanded all their lands are sold by Mr. Kojo Ampong and anyone who has bought land from him (Mr. Kojo Ampong) should leave the land because he doesn't have signatory to any of their stool land documents.
They said the land developers should contact
the Caretaker of Kusa Kontihene and Asakyire Family of Ayokoa for regularization of their land documents failure to do so would make take the land from them.
