Danchira Police Station: Elders Call On IGP for commissioning

The Elders of Nii Djan Bi Amu We in Danchira in the Ga-South Municipality in the Greater Accra Region has appealed to the Current IGP, Dr George Akufo Dampare to commission their police station which has been completed for over four years now.
 
Speaking to the media, the leaders lamented that the assembly and the traditional council of the town have already provided a comfortable place for security personnel who would be transferred to work but nothing has been done.

In due of that, there have been more criminal activities ongoing in Danchira and its environs.

The leadership are therefore pleading with the Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akufo Dampare to help commission the police station for them to curb criminal activities such as stealing, Landgauds, rape case and killing of innocent people in the community.

He told during the Homowo Festival celebration at Danchira in Ga- South Municipality of Greater Accra Region on Saturday.

He, therefore, urged the youth in the community to celebrate the Festival in Good Manner to avoid conflict.
