Dabaabi community: school building is in a bad state

The Dabaabi K G Classroom block's crumbling condition is being bemoaned by the traditional authorities of Dabaabi in the Bono region's Dormaa Central Municipal.

The Dabaabi KG Classroom block's crumbling condition is being bemoaned by the traditional authorities of Dabaabi in the Bono region's Dormaa Central Municipal.

Since school is automatically closed when rain is forecast owing to the roofing problem, they claim that the circumstance is having an impact on their academic activities.

It was discovered during the Commission of Six Unit Classroom block for Dabaabi Primary School.

The assemblyman for the Danyame electoral area, Hon. Anane Kwarteng, stated that numerous attempts to obtain the necessary knowledge to renovate the structure have been fruitless.

He urged the municipal chief executive to treat the KG block with the same consideration that he gave to the major Block.

The Assemblyman claims that in the absence of the JHS, all students must go for hours on foot, over distances of around five miles, to Agyemankrom or Danyame, where they attend school.

He claimed that the challenges were the great distance between the Dabaabi and JHS schools.

In her remarks to the group, the Municipal Chief Executive  (MCE) urged both students and teachers to protect the facility, noting that the project was in keeping with the government's goal of offering high-quality instruction at no cost or at a low cost at various stages of the educational process.

In order to prolong the life of the new classroom building, the MCE pleaded with the school authorities to maintain good culture maintenance.
