According to Joey B, an ex-signee of Black Avenue Muzik, his former boss signed too many artistes on his record label which according to him should have been done one at a time.
The Ghanaian Artiste revealed to Nana Adwoa Sarkodie on Citi TV that, Freda Rhymz, Wisa Greid, Dahlin Gage, Kobla Jnr, Sefa, Ronny Turn me up, Nina Richie, DJ Breezy and Osayo were signed onto Black Avenue Muzik in January 2018 but due to some reasons, himself, Dahlin Gage, Wisa, Freda Rhymz , Koblah Jnr left.
“I think that’s where he fell short. He should have done it one or two at a time. He did too much with too many artists, unless he had some serious funding from somewhere but Ghana is hard.”
“I feel like it’s something he should not have done. I feel he bit more than he could chew. Sometimes you need to take your time’.
“What you said you would do and what you promised them you could not do it because you are busy yourself. He didn’t really interpret what he wanted to do properly. We are all human beings and everyone wants to move nobody wants to be stagnant.”
But he cautioned, he is still cool with D-black after leaving his label years ago.
