According to Nii Ayite Osu III, it is ridiculous
and very shameful to hear on the airwaves that unqualified Kelvin Tackie is rather parading himself as Ga Mantse under the Stool name King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II when he, Nii Ayittey Osu III as the legitimate head of Tunma We Royal Dynasty family who are the custodians of Ga Mantse Royal Stool has no hands in his purported false installation.
He descended heavily on installers of King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, ( Kelvin Abia Tackie), describing his installation as unlawful, illegal and unacceptable.
He pointed out that the Ga Paramount Royal Stool is the bonafide property of Nii Ayite Osu Divisional Clan of the Ga State in Accra, saying that Tunma Ayi We and Asere are the only originator of Ga Mantse Royal Dynasty throne.
"I wish to state that any thing being peddled by the embattled King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II who is currently parading himself as Paramount Chief of Ga Traditional Area without any constitutional or parliamentary approval is completely fraudulent, deceitful and an act of criminality against the Royal throne in the Ga State,"and must be arrested and prosecuted," Nii Ayittey Osu III stated.
He clarified that all the processes to unlawfully install King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II as Ga Mantse were orchestrated and engineer by the previous New Patriotic Party government under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his cohorts.

He made specific mention of the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Mr Ishmael Ashitey, Nii Adjiri-Blankson, a member of the Council of State, and Mr Lord Commey, the Director of Operations at the Flagstaff House, as those who had hands in the installation of Dr Kelvin Tackie as the new Ga Mantse.
He reaffirmed that Nii Tackie Adama Latse II is the rightful Ga Mantse; the rest are all jokers.”
“We recall with much pain and dismay the installation of the late Dr Joe Blankson as Ga Mantse under His Excellency President J.A. Kufuor’s administration with armoured cars, mobile missile launchers, water cannons and teeming armed policemen who invaded Ga Mashie to have Dr Joe Blankson installed,” he said.
According to him, the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, in accordance with custom, traditional norms and practice, inducted the present Ga Mantse, King Tackie Adama Latse II into the membership of the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs to enable him to take his rightful position as Ga Mantse and a member of the House.
He mentioned that the current Ga Mantse, King Boni Tackie Adama Latse, was installed as Ga Mantse by the rightful kingmakers with the appropriate authorities on June 11, 2011, and presented him to the Ga Traditional Council for the appropriate formal processes towards recognition in accordance with the provisions of the 1992 Constitution and the Chieftaincy Act, Act 759.
He said the woes of the Ga State deepened when the acting President, Nii Dodoo Nsaki III, had to relinquish power as acting chief to induct King Tackie Adama Latse into office, resulting in the Regional Security Council (REGSEC) locking up the Ga Mantse Palace in Kaneshie under the guise of protecting the Ga Mantse which was well engineered by some GA members in the NPP government.
The result, he said, was the over several court cases which had been instituted against the present Self-styled Ga Chief, which the Ga Mantse spokesperson noted they had won all with a final cases at the High Court and the Appeal Court in Kumasi.
Giving a background to how Kelvin Tackie came into the scene, the Dzasetse said in 2010 he was rejected as one of the three applicants to be considered as Ga Mantse and the present Ga Mantse, Mr George Tackie Abia, was installed as Bonu King Tackie Adama Latse II.
“Unknown to us, the Regional Security Council was working in close cooperation, collaboratively and fraudulently with Dr Kelvin Tackie who now says and parades himself as the Ga Mantse,” he added.
He noted that the name of Boni Tackie Adama Latse II was unlawfully and unjustifiably expunged from the National Register of Chiefs an that that of Kelvin Tackie clandestinely inserted without any evidence of death, abdication, destoolment or judicial order to expunge King Boni Tackie Adama Latse II's name from the National House of Chiefs registry.
According to thim, the unlawful situation resulted in King Boni Tackie Adama Latse II applying to the High Court in Kumasi for a mandamus to compil the National House of Chiefs to restore his name in the national register of chiefs as a legitimate Ga Mantse.
He added that the previous NPP government officials like Chairman Wuntumi,Adjiri Blankson , and Elizabeth Kwartsoo Sackey defiled all odds acted to install Kelvin Tackie to ascend the Ga Mantse throne was completely fraudulent and politically motivated actions to ostensibly to create tension and confusion within the Ga State.
Nii Ayite Osu III called on all and sundry in the Greater Accra Region to accord the necessary customary and traditional respect to King Boni Tackie Adama Latse II.
He described as a rightful decision by the Court of Appeal in Kumasi in its judgment to order the leadership of National House of Chiefs to restore the name of Nii Boni Tackie Adama Latse II into the national register of chiefs.
He further prayed that any action of both National House of Chiefs and installers of King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II to appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal should be treated as contempt action with impunity.
He called on the Supreme Court to, immediately throw out the appeal suit filed by the President of the National House of Chiefs, Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II and King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II against the Court of Appeal judgment, describing them as trouble makers in the Ga State.
He urged His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama to ensure that as per the process by which King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II unlawfully entered into the premises of Ga Paramount Royal Stool Room, he prays King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II and his cohorts should be prosecuted for exhibiting unlawful conduct.
Nii Ayite Osu III asked King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II that anything that was acquired within his tenure of office as Ga Mantse should be handed over to King Boni Tackie Adama Latse II because he, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II was falsely brought in as Ga Mantse by the NPP and he is no more a recognized Ga Mantse by the recent Appeal Court Judgement of 3:0, describing him as a joker and a false proclaimer ( Self-styled).
Against these backdrop of the above, the Ga Supreme Traditional ruler called on the corporate institutions and individuals including the government agencies to stop honoring and acknowledging the said Kelvin Tackie to public functions in the capacity as Ga Mantse which is not their choice as custodian of the GA Royal Dynasty throne.
Rather, he stated emphatically that they should invite, honour and recognize King Nii Boni Tackie Adama Latse II as legitimate Ga Mantse to grace all public events.
