Covid-19: Ghana’s Recoveries Jump to 1,460, with 4,150 Active Cases

Ghana’s recovery count of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) has seen a sharp rise, as 786 patients test negative twice.

This brings the total tally of Covid-19 recoveries in the country to 1,460.

This was confirmed by the Ghana Health Service via its official website for covid-19 updates, in the late hours of Friday, May 15, 2020.

Meanwhile, some 108 more people have tested positive for the virus, increasing the total covid-19 case count in Ghana to 5,638.

Four more persons who tested positive for the virus have also died, bringing to 28 the total number of coronavirus related deaths in the country.

Per the recent development, taking into account fatalities and recoveries, the number of active covid-19 cases in Ghana stands at 4,150.
