COVID-19: Ghana’s Death toll rises to 223; Active cases now 2,029

Ghana COVID-19 death toll has increased to 223, after eight more persons succumb to the virulent disease.
The COVID-19 case count has also increased by 168 to 41,572, according to an update from from the Ghana Health Service (GHS) today, August 12.
With the recovery count pegged at 39,320, Ghana’s active COVID-19 cases currently stands at 2,029.
