COVID-19: Ghana's death toll increases to 742
The active COVID-19 cases have dropped significantly to 1, 844, according to data from the Ghana Health Service
Latest figures being reported by the Ghana Health Service (GHS) indicate a spike in the number of COVID-19 related deaths.
According to the GHS, 742 persons have died since the disease was first recorded in the country March last year.
However, the active cases have also dropped significantly to 1, 844.

90,552 cases have been confirmed nationwide since the disease was recorded in Ghana out of which 87,966 people have recovered from the disease and been discharged from treatment and holding centres.
