COVID-19: Ghana's death toll increases; active cases now 1,404
The number of persons who have died from the Cornavirus disease (COVID-19) in Ghana has climbed up to 341, according to latest figures from the Ghana Health Service (GHS)
Per the recent update, the country is experiencing a surge in the virus infections, as active cases spike to 1,404 after 175 new cases were recorded.
As of 10th January 2021, the total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak, has been pegged at 56,981 of which 55,236 have recovered and been discharged.
