News of Philippe Coutinho’s reunion with Liverpool keeps circulating as the Brazilian has been heavily linked with a move back to Anfield.

The ‘little magician’ abandoned Liverpool in 2018 to complete a £146m dream move at Barcelona only to have his hopes drowned as a result of average performance and injury obstructions.

Coutinho was loaned to Bayern Munich last season hoping that the Bundesliga outfits could activate his clause for a permanent transfer at the Allianz Arena but interruption of play by injury has hampered his improvement in the Bundesliga and the Bavarians have decided to let go of the 28-year old at the end of the season.

Reports indicate that the Brazilian is interested in a move back to the Premier and prefers to be part of Jurgen Klopp’s project having been linked with Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Spurs.

Coutinho's departure has seen the Reds win the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup. They are few inches from clinching their first Premier League title after more than three decades of PL trophy famine.

According to the Daily Mail, Barca is keen to decrease their wage bill meaning, the attacking midfielder could be allowed to leave for just £63m.

Coutinho has played 34 matches and scored 9 goals for Bayern in the current season.
