Convert National Cathedral Project into National Job Creation Center – Clergy to Government

A section of the Ghanaian clergy has called on the Government to as a matter of need, convert the National Cathedral project into a national intervention or Amenities center. This, it said will serve a better purpose than to leave it to waste.

The Ghanaian clergy suggested that converting the cathedral project into a National Vocational or Skills Training Center or National STEM center (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) will go a long way to serve the needs of Ghanaians better.

The founder and general overseer of Messiah Is Alive Chapel International, Prophet Ben Hail Asante referencing the 2022 Ghana Statistical reports that 1.76 Million Ghanaian are unemployed,is alarming.

Prophet Ben Hill Asante argue that building a national job center that will benefit the entire nation far outweighs building a cathedral that has no benefits to the entire nation.

He added God is not against individuals building auditoriums for him but in a case where a leader is struggling to feed its citizenry or the citizenry itself divided against the same project,is not worth continuing.

The founder of Messiah Is Alive Chapel in a press briefing today called on the Christian council and other religious bodies to join hands to advise the president to convert the cathedral project into projects that will benefit the entire country and not section of people.
