Construction work has begun at the Tamale industrial area road
The Northern Regional Urban Roads Director, Ing. Kwasi Darko, promised that at the latest by next week or two weeks' time construction of the road will be done.

Works have begun on the Tamale-Industrial area road that links to the Tamale-Bolga highway.
It was reported by Soireenews Northern Regional Correspondent, Stephen Amoah on Monday that the damaging nature of the road has led to sticking three cargo cars in the middle.
The reportage has gingered the contractors to avail themself at the site to work on the road.
The nature of the road was challenging to drivers as they always complained bitterly about its deplorable state.
Some residents speaking to Soireenews said they are really happy seeing the stretch been renovated, a decision they believe will see their fare and health challenges resolved.
The Northern Regional Urban Roads Director, Ing. Kwasi Darko told Soireenews that, they will try all that they can to fast track the work so that the road can be used as early as possible.
He updated that all materials that are supposed to be used for the work are ready, a clear assurance that dissolves any delay.
He has therefore promised that the stretch will be done in two weeks' time.
