City guard sustains severe Injuries in a tricycle accident
A manhunt is on for the rider and the police has assured the victim the perpetrator would be brought to book.

A city guard at the New Juaben South Municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region has sustained various degrees of injury after a tricycle rider she apprehended forced her out of the moving tricycle.
The victim, Madam Victoria Nydedzor was on her daily routine of ensuring tricycle operators acquire permit, when one rider Prince Amariba,21, failed to produce a permit. The rider however claimed he had the permit but left the sticker at home. The city guard decided to go with him to his house to verify the document.
On reaching the Oyoko township area, the tricycle rider accelerated and deliberately turned the steer throwing madam Victoria overboard.
She sustained an injury on the forehead and the upper lip and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
