Chiefs Praise President Akfo-Addo For Reappointing Their MCE

It was all joy in Atebubu-Amanten Municipality when the newly reappointed MCE, Hon. Edward Owusu took the opportunity to visit the two Traditional Councils, Nananom of Amantin and Nananom of Atebubu to thank them for the confidence they had in him by supporting him in all endeavours to be reappointed as their MCE for the second term.

Nana Yaw Effah Gyaasewa of Amantin traditional area commended President Akufo-Addo for his decision to reappoint Hon. Edward Owusu.

According to Amantin's traditional council, his second coming will make happen more developmental projects to the Municipality.

Nana Kwabena Kyereh III who is Adontenhene of Atebubu traditional Area also commended President on his bold decision to bring back Hon. Edward Owusu.

He told that the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has witnessed the massive projects at Atebubu under the supervision of the MCE in his first them and believe that more will follow in his second term.

Hon. Edward Owusu used the opportunity to also thank the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the confidence reposed in him and pledged his commitment to support the ruling government in achieving one of its key objectives; "Breaking the eight".

He also sought the continuous support of Nananom in order to make his administration more successful.
