The 2021-22 Premier League have recorded an identical result between Chelsea and Liverpool from game-week 1 to match day-5.

It is interesting to note that these two English heavyweight clubs now sit joint-top on the Premier League table.

To blow your mind with the stats, the Blues and the Reds are both managed by German coaches in the person of Thomas Tuchel and Jurgen Klopp respectively.

Chelsea and Liverpool have both played five games so far, winning four games and drawing between themselves in match-day 3.

The two clubs currently sit on top of the Premier League with 13 points having scored 12 goals each with one goal deficit in their net amassing 11 goals to their credit.

In match-day 1 when the Blues thrashed Crystal Palace by 3-0 at Stamford Bridge, Liverpool travelled away to Norwich City to claim the same scoreline.

Chelsea won their second Premier League campaign in Arsenal’s yard by 2-0 while the Reds welcomed Burnley and won the game at Anfield with an incredible 2-0.

In the third round of Premier League fixtures, Liverpool and Chelsea shared a 1-1 draw at Anfield thanks to goals from Kai Havertz and Mohamed Salah.

The two-European Champions then hit three against Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge, while the Merseyside club did the same to Leeds at Elland Road.

And on Saturday, the six-time Champions League winners thrashed Crystal Palace 3-0 at Anfield before Chelsea recorded the same result against Spurs on Sunday.

Fans on social media have been stunned by the incredible stat, with one tweeting: "How is this even possible?"

While another asked: "Why are Chelsea top of the table when their stats are exactly the same as Liverpool's?"

The Blues are currently top of the Premier League table for head to head reasons, having secured a goal at Anfield in the Reds 1-1 draw with Thomas Tuchel's side.
