Nigerian national has been arrested by Awutu Bereku police for Parading themselves as National Identification Authorities (NIA) officers and taking bribe from people.

Nicholas Odoom and his accomplices who are Nigerian national has been arrested by Awutu Bereku police for Parading themselves as National Identification Authorities (NIA) officers and taking bribe from people who are in a queue to register for them.

NIA director says when they decide to arrest him, the suspect pushed the director and in the process broke the glass


According to sources, the two suspects come early morning each day to make money ranging from Gh20 upwards from the Participants all in the name of helping them get their cards faster but later leave the premises without helping them.


Mr. Richard Ekow Francis NIA Awutu bereku sub-office director got injured in the process to arrest the perpetrators
