The Chief and Elders of the Tampa Anon Royal Family in the Effutu municipality have donated 500 acres of land to Nana Akuamoah estate developers for the construction of an ultramodern magazine center for the Effutu municipality. 

Neenyi Kojo Sei(ii) of the Tampa Anon Royal family told Soireenews Reporter central region that they have the ambition to make the central area seem like Kumasi magazine, which he believes will eliminate unemployment in the region. 

Also, the majority of the adolescents in the Effutu municipality are unemployed, and via this magazine, people will be able to find jobs and assist the municipality's artisans. 


Meanwhile, the Executive Secretary for Nana Akuamoah Estate developers, Mr.Francis Clottey addressed that, they will build the Effutu Magazine to be like Kumasi magazine and also expresses gratitude to the Anon Royal family's chief and elders for granting them 500 acres of land for the project. 

According to him, the Effutu magazine will have a daycare center, a lorry station, a toll facility, a hospital, a scribe yald, a marketplace, a mosque, a football field, and many other things. 

They want Effutu Magazine to be similar to Kumasi Magazine to minimize the Central Region's unemployment rate. 

Meanwhile, some of the artists present to express their gratitude to the chief and elders, as well as the estate developers, for coming up with the brilliant idea of giving them a magazine.
