Kasoa municipal chief Executive to create Night markets for the people of Kasoa so that the Assembly can generate more revenue to develop Kasoa.
Kasoa Petty Traders in the Awutu Senya East Municipality of the Central Region have charged Kasoa municipal chief Executive to create more markets for the people of Kasoa so that
the Assembly can generate more revenue to develop Kasoa.
The traders said, the only job in Kasoa is trading and it is time for the Assembly to create a night market for the people of Kasoa
In an interview with soireenews Chairman of Kasoa Petty Traders Association Ernest Acheampong said, Kasoa is overpopulated, all market centers are full and because of that, the majority of the traders are not paying revenue to the Assembly.
Ernest Acheampong appealed to the Assembly to provide additional market centers and night markets for the traders so that all the traders will pay taxes to the government.
He disclosed this when they inaugurated the newly elected executives and also commission their office.
Meanwhile Municipal Chief executive for Awutu Senya East, Anita Love Obo Amissah called for Unity in Kasoa petty Traders.
She also said the Assembly will work on it and create the night market so that majority of the traders will have enough space to do their business.
