Nollywood actress and film director, Omoni Oboli, has called out those who would do anything to climb up the ladder at the detriment of others.

She described it as witchcraft for people to think bringing others down is the only way to rise.

The award-winning actress disclosed this on her social media page, in what appeared to be a new year charge to her over two million followers.

She enjoined people to rather dissipate more attention on developing themselves in year 2020, not mulling how to frustrate those fighting hard to achieve their dreams.

“I’m a very ambitious person and I’ve learnt to stop apologizing for it. I also believe very strongly that we can ALL win together,” she wrote on Instagram.

“If you think bringing someone else down is the only way you can climb, darling, that’s witchcraft right there!  We are all striving to be better than we were yesterday.
