Dignitaries who would be present at the press conference were Minister for Information, Mr. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, and Deputy Energy Minister. Others who would be present were the Chief Director of the Energy Ministry, CEOs of Energy Sector Agencies, and Senior Directors of the Ministry.
