The Bono Region will get a satellite campus by the end of the year 2021 as disclosed by the President of the Ghana Journalist Association of the Region, Larry Papa Kwesi Moses speaking with Kwasi Kyei Baffour KKB on Issues monitored by Soiree News.

Mr Larry was speaking on the rising assault and intimidations Journalist go through the results of ignorance and failure of people to do the right thing.

He, however, added that some journalist fails to get the proper training which sometimes results in acting unprofessionally causing problems in the profession.

He revealed that some radio presenters stoop so low by mentioning food joints for free food due to unprofessionalism but cannot be done elsewhere in the developed world.

He, however, added that the Bono region will soon have a satellite campus to train well-meaning journalist who might have good intentions to study.

The Chairman for the Convention Peoples Party CPP for the Bono Region said Journalist of our time doesn’t cherish quality news anymore but interested in playing music and sports.

He added that the most important stories of the issues pertaining to national development are not covered but all that goes on is telling stories and the state institutions don’t support media houses to grow their businesses.
