Bayern Munich have agreed on a deal for Manchester City’s Leroy Sane.

Pep Guardiola last week confirmed that the player is willing to continue his trade out of the Etihad with reports linking him strongly to the Bavarians.

"Leroy said he doesn’t want to extend his contract," Guardiola said.

"If he wants to leave and it is going to happen this summer or at the end of the contract. The club talked to me a few times, he rejected his contract so he wants to play at another club.

"I think everybody knows and if at the end of this season an agreement can be found he will leave, if not he will leave at the end of his contract."

Injury has hindered the German’s playing time at the Etihad this season having featured for Manchester City once in the Premier League since his cruciate ligament injury during the Community Shield against Liverpool in August.

Sane’s deal is reported to be worth £54.8m but an initial fee of 44.7m will be paid before add ons on performance and trophy wins will later be settled.

Jack Grealish is reported to be in talks with City to replace the 24-year winger.
