Banda has witnessed significant transformation under NPP government - Banda DCE

Honorable Emmanuel Akonne, the District Chief Executive for Banda has said the area had witnessed significant transmission in all sectors under the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo and the NPP administration.

He disclosed that the Nana Addo-led administration has fixed the Menji - Bui road.

Former President John Agyekum Kuffour initiated the Bui Power project for us and Menji - Bui road has seen a massive facelift by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo he noted.

According to him, the completion of the road is promoting economic activities by facilitating the easy movement of goods and services.

Touching the road linking Nsawkaw to  Biema e said he is working to get the contractor back to the site.

If it deems to terminate the contract and re-award it to a different contractor the Banda District Assembly with facilitating that he has said.

A contractor working on Biema/ Boase to Saabie junction has promised to return to the site in the coming days the DCE assured.

Banda is a busy place with a lot of business activities and the construction of these key roads would enhance economic activities by facilitating the easy movement of goods and services.

Honorable Emmanuel Akonne explained that it's only the NPP government that brings development to the people of Banda.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and the NPP government had kept faith with the people of Banda and urged them to rally behind the NPP government to do more developmental projects in the area.
