Avail yourselves for the second dose of covid-19 Astrazeneca vaccines- Dr Fred Adomako 

The Bono East Regional Health Directorate has launched its second dose of Covid-19 Astrazeneca Vaccine.

Health workers as well as others who took their first jab of Astrazeneca Vaccines will begin to receive their second jab starting from August 31 to September 4, 2021.

Speaking at the launch, the Regional Health Director of Health Service, Dr Fred Adomako Boateng urged the residents within the Bono East Region to avail themselves of the vaccination exercise.

 On behalf of the Regional Minister, Mr George Padmore Mensah, the Regional Chief Director said they are working hard to get more people vaccinated and to ignore false reportage on most social media platforms.

Finally, the Deputy Regional Police commander for Bono East DCOP Samuel Winful touched on measures being put in place to enforce the adherence to safety protocols.

Mr Winful again cautioned residents in Bono East not to flout the safety protocol because the law will not spare anyone.
