Dr Fredrick Gyamfi Apraku has assured that Atwima Nwabiagya North constituency will benefit from developmental projects when he becomes the new Member of Parliament (MP) in the upcoming December Polls.

The independent candidate addressed that the Municipal has been left behind in growth-related plans for some time now, with inhabitants complaining through protests against the incumbent Member of Parliament, Hon. Benito Owusu Bio.

According to Dr Fredrick, he is very prepared to annihilate his competitors on December 7 and brighten every corner of the Atwima Nwabiagya North with jobs and Youth empowerment opportunities.

“Our collective vision is to see Atwima Nwabiagya thrive hence my decision to contest in the upcoming polls. I am assuring all fans and voters to bring a change through the polls to move Atwima Nwabiagya North forward especially in areas of development, which we have been deprived for some time now,” he said.

“I am capable of leading this constituency when mandated by the constituents. The welfare of the people is not just about who can pull the crowd, it’s about who is capable and that is why I have decided to contest,” added.

Dr Fredrick Gyamfi Apraku whose motto as an Independent Candidate is ‘Development through Excellent Leadership’ filed his nominations forms on Friday, October 9, 2020, at the Electoral Commissioner’s Office at Barekese in the Ashanti Region.

Asked whether he can end the reign of the Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources,  Hon. Benito Owusu Bio to become the new parliamentarian for the constituency especially in one of the strongholds of the New Patriotic Party, Dr Fredrick responded that he is competent to lead the people, therefore, trust is what he humbly asks regardless of the incumbent MP’s position or crowd.

“I know this is a stronghold on the New Patriotic Party yet when it comes to politics, the interest of the people comes first before the party. Competence is key in helping to move a country forward and that is what I stand for. The fact that this is the NPP’s stronghold does not mean if their representative is not doing well, he should still be voted to rule.

“Atwima Nwabiagya needs someone capable to lead the constituency and I am the right man for the task. I know very sure that victory will be attained,” he ended.
