Asunafo South NPP Supporters Congratulate Hon George Yaw Boakye as Ahafo Regional Minister
Twelve out of the Sixteen formal Regional Ministers who served under the Nana Addo's first-term government lost their positions following the new nomination lists of appointment.

The supporters of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) have congratulated Honorable George Yaw Boakye on his nomination as Ahafo Regional Minister.
The acknowledgement was revealed in a letter Issued and signed by Honorable Kwabena Amoah Mensah, the 2020 parliamentary candidate for the party.
They have expressed gratitude to the President for choosing a man of their own from the Asunafo South to address their needs in the newly created Region.
"It is our fervent plea to all and sundry across the Region especially Asunafo South to bring all hands on deck to support his tenure," it said.
"We also take this opportunity to thank Honorable Evans Opoku Bobie (MP) for his relentless efforts towards the creation of Ahafo Region and its development.

"We are sure the New Regional Minister-designate upon his confirmation and in his capacity as the Second Regional Minister in the history of Ahafo will continue well from where his predecessor left off.
"We congratulate all party members for conducting ourselves well so far and I know that there are brighter days ahead for every person who serves this party no matter how long it takes.
The Former Ahafo Regional Minister, Honorable Evans Opoku Bobbie through his Facebook handle sent a congratulatory message to his successor.
"I humbly congratulate my successor, Hon. George Yaw Boakye, the newly appointed Ahafo Regional Minister. All the best in this appointment. Together, we shall make Ahafo great and strong in this Republic."
