Assin North NPP Donates  Huge Food Items To Muslims Towards Ramadan Season

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Assin North Constituency together with Assin North District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr. Charles Ohene Andoh has donated huge food items to the Muslims in the Assin North towards the Ramadan season.

The items include 50 bags of rice, 50 bags of Sugar,  50 curtains of oil, 40 curtains of Lipton, 40 curtains of milk, and many more to support the Muslim community in the Constituency during and after the holy month of fasting and prayers.
Addressing journalists, the NPP Secretary for the Assin North Constituency, Mr. Stephen Asamoah who is popularly known as a Ghost mentioned the items they donated to the Muslims and appealed to the constituents and the natives of Assin North who have traveled to debunk those rumors circulating nationwide that there's confusion in the constituency.
He stressed that there is absolute peace among Christians, Muslims, and any religion in the constituency.
He pleaded with the constituents of Assin North to maintain the enjoyable peace they are seeing today to avoid chaos.
The Chief Imam for Assin Bereku in the Assin North District Of the Central Region, Ibrahim Bawa started emphatically that Ramadan is observed to seek forgiveness from Allah.
In this process, he called on every Muslim should desist from every enormity and live rightful life during and after Ramadan so we can all enjoy peace in Ghana.
Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar being observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting (sawm), prayer, reflection, and community. 
A commemoration of Muhammad's first revelation, the annual observance of Ramadan is regarded as one of the Five Pillars of Islam and lasts twenty-nine to thirty days, from one sighting of the crescent moon to the next.
