The Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Old Tafo Constituency, Moses Donkor has urged all candidates and supporters to rally behind the candidate elect, Ekow Vincent Assafuah ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections; a step that could see the party continue its rich implementations under the Nana Akufo-Addo administration.

Ekow Assafuah accumulated 299 votes to occupy the seat of Dr. Anthony Osei Akoto during the NPP parliamentary primaries, which was held on Saturday, June 20, 2020, in the constituency.

According to the chairman, the win is to equip the New Patriotic Party with fresh ideas to improve in the country’s administration next year, which is possible through supportive hands in the general elections.

He informed that the constituency can gain from the resourceful ideas of Assafuah if he is pushed to the top to seek improved programs for Tafo-Pankrono.
