 The Member of Parliament for Asikuma Odoben Brakwa constituency in the central region, Honorable Alhaji Alhassan Kobina Ghansah has ended his "thank-you" tour.

The MP began his tour in January across the 664 communities in the constituency, starting from Breman Ahwiem and ended at Breman Bedum this month.

Speaking to SoireeNews correspondent, Abusuapanin Kojo Ahinful, the MP disclosed that the decision has given him a great opportunity to thank everyone for his election.

He promised to progress the constituency like how Honorable Ato Forson did during his term and pledged to make a better living by providing social amenities needed in the community.

As part of his community support, upon the request of the Ghana Education Service, Honorable Alhaji Alhassan Kobina Ghansah donated an amount of Gh¢1200 to the Service through the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District director of education for the purchase of iron rods to support the building of Supuna teachers’ bungalow.

He further visited some ongoing projects within the constituency like the 60 feet mask of the network and the Disaster victims at Breman Ayipey township to see the extent of damage caused by the rainfall.

Alhaji Ghansah told that he is still available to assist them if the needs arise again.

“I am going to continue the good work I was doing when even was just a candidate, that is construction and reshaping of roads, building school blocks and health centres, providing licenses to the drivers paying school fees, paying hospital bills and others,” he told the in an interview.
