YAW OPOKU At least 4 persons have been critically injured following a clash at Abadwum, a suburb of the Obuasi municipal.
Information gathered indicates that the traditional authority of the community on Monday, April 19th scheduled for the enstoolment of a queen mother for the community.
The youth in the community due to misunderstanding clashed with body-built men who were present in the community to prevent the occasion for it to be a success.
The body-built men known as macho men who were nine (9) in number mercilessly whip up the youth leading 4 persons to sustain multiple injuries and have been admitted to the Akrokeri government hospital.
The victims sustained multiple machete wounds which lead one to bleed profusely after being rushed to the hospital by a police vehicle to save his life.
The heat was calm after the intervention of the police.
Meanwhile, some inhabitants say, the police should urgently arrest the lead persons who caused the harm to curb unforeseen circumstances.
