Credible information reaching Soireenews indicates that the police officers of Bia West District Police District Command of the Western North Region have retrieved a total of thirteen (13) human heads believed to be beheaded by a 22- year-old man, Francis Awuni at Sefwi Amoakrom for money rituals purpose.

According to the sources close to Sefwi Amoakrom, the retrieval of the heads of the dead bodies was after the suspect, Francis Awuni was gripped by Police for allegedly chopping off the head of a 45-old man Mr Azumah in his rice farm awaiting for someone to buy.

The gruesome murder of Mr Azumah by Francis Awuni which occurred a couple of weeks ago threw the people in the Sefwi Amoakrom into the state shock. See video below

Following this murder, the police started an investigation into the case leading to the retrieval of the 13 heads.

In an interview with Kwame Kontor Boateng, Hon. Edward Takyi confirmed that the sad incident happened at Amoakrom in the Bia West District where the deceased (Azumah) went to the Northern part of Ghana to hire Francis Awuni as a labourer to work on his farm.

The suspect after cutting off his boss head stated his boss(Azumah) has attempted to use him for money rituals which in revenge led to his murder.

The Bia West District Police Command has arrested the culprit and put him behind bars.

The body has been deposited at Bia West Government hospital for an autopsy report.
